Responsibilities:
- Work with a range of clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs.
- Provide a high level of service to clients, answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping clients informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Apply health & safety, permit-to-work procedures and safe systems of working; communicate verbally and in writing with team and client.
Required Qualifications:
- Background in maintenance/facilities management environment or similar.
- C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
