Role
- Take the lead on irrigation across all Biotecture-maintained living walls.
- Conduct seasonal inspections of irrigation systems and make adjustments where required.
- Support the maintenance team in solving irrigation issues and provide ongoing training.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Keep accurate records of stock, materials, and project documentation.
- Ensure site dossiers and maintenance records are always up to date.
Skills and Experience
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of different irrigation systems (essential).
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Ability to work independently with initiative, as well as effectively within a team.
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to the demands of a varied role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident with administrative tasks and reporting, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
