Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration
    • Prepare, review, and maintain service contracts and related documentation.
    • Monitor contract compliance, renewals, and performance indicators.
    • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding contractual matters.
    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
    • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement documentation.
    • Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • BICS Training Duties
    • Deliver BICS‑certified cleaning and hygiene training programs.
    • Conduct practical demonstrations and classroom‑based instruction.
    • Assess trainee competency and maintain training records.
    • Support staff development and refresher training initiatives.
    • Ensure cleaning procedures align with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
    • Promote best practices in cleaning operations and infection control.
  • Compliance & Health and Safety
    • Ensure adherence to COSHH, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
    • Conduct audits and inspections where required.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations.

Required Qualifications

  • BICS Trainer qualification or relevant BICS certification.
  • Experience in contract administration or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and procedures.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
