Location: Mobile across the South East. Ideal location – Maidstone, Bromley, Canterbury, Crawley, Croydon, Essex, South East London, Tunbridge Wells, Woolwich
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Days & Nights
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and support air hygiene operatives, ensuring safe working practices in line with RAMS and maintaining professional client engagement at all times
- Carry out kitchen extract and ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease and TR19 standards
- Install access doors in line with DW144 and complete fire damper inspections in accordance with BS9999
- Complete plant inspections, follow preventative maintenance programmes and recommend repairs or equipment purchases where appropriate
- Ensure accurate completion of service reports, pre-work risk assessments and all required documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating and maintaining ventilation and air hygiene systems
- Understanding of TR19, BS9999 and DW144 standards
- Previous experience supervising teams or coaching and mentoring
- Full UK driving licence
