Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week

Location: Gloucester, Hybrid (Office and home‑based)

At Marlowe Environmental Services – part of Mitie Company, we look for a Sales Desk Executive/Technical Estimator to support the Sales Team by delivering high‑quality quotations and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create high volumes of Water Hygiene and Treatment quotes on behalf of regional Field Sales staff
  • Support Field Sales teams with contract renewal quotations
  • Proactively follow up and issue quotes on behalf of Account Managers
  • Handle and divert incoming sales‑related calls on a rotational basis
  • Ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround to maximise conversion rates

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent numerical ability
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team (previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided)
