Lidl Elite Security Officer
Location: Covering multiple Lidl stores in Bristol, Oxford, Swindon, Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bromsgrove.
Job Type: Part-Time / Casual.
Shift Pattern: Days, evenings and weekends.
Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide security coverage at designated sites across the region.
- Conduct routine patrols, monitoring customers and premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with staff and visitors.
- Complete detailed incident reports as required.
- Support site‑specific security procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Valid SIA License (Security Guarding/Door Supervision).
- Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
- Must be available 5 out of 7 days a week.
- Flexibility to work at short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different sites and requirements.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Prior security experience is desirable but not essential.
- Basic IT literacy for reporting purposes.
