Role Responsibilities
- Carry out monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing works.
- Deliver Legionella remedial activities across a wide range of client sites in line with agreed programmes.
- Maintain customer water safety logbooks in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8 and company procedures.
- Take water samples across multiple sectors and record results in line with the Water Technical Manual.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner, following up on any customer queries or outstanding paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).
- Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment (training provided where required).
- Basic IT skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft applications.
- Professional, organised, and able to work independently across mobile sites.
