Support Security Officer required to cover Leeds Area, £13.45 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Protect the customer's property, people and assets in accordance with the Site's published Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any subsequent changes.
- Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements, ensuring the contract is retained.
- Complete all tasks and duties on site as defined within the Assignment Instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and UK law.
- Maintain all required licences (Front‑line Security Guard, Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA) and renew them 16 weeks before expiry.
- Apply safety procedures, report hazards, threats or incidents immediately and complete accurate incident reports.
- Follow instructions and procedures, work methodically, and maintain professional conduct in all situations.
- Ensure check calls are made at allocated times and coordinate with the Communication Centre on any emergencies.
Training and Development
- Complete all required competency training and ongoing professional development.
- Use technology to achieve key work objectives and improve job knowledge.

- Valid SIA Licence.
- SC Clearance desirable.
