Mitie is looking for a confident Security Supervisor to join our team in Leeds. This is more than a shift‑based role—it’s an opportunity to lead, protect and grow within a respected security organisation.
Pay & Working Hours
12‑hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota, rotating days and nights. Pay rate: £13.57 – £14.61 per hour.
About the Role
As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day security operations, support and guide your team, and ensure high standards are maintained across the site. You’ll protect client assets and serve as a professional point of contact for both Mitie management and the client.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Assignment Instructions are followed at all times.
- Maintain compliance with legal, company and client requirements.
- Supervise staff and support daily site operations.
- Identify and report hazards and security risks.
- Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.
- Complete accurate reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, control rooms and management.
Essential
- Valid SIA Front Line Licence.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Basic IT skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Previous security experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- Minimum 5 years UK residency.
Desirable
- SC Clearance.
