Role Responsibilities:
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance across all buildings and assets
- Ensure full health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and statutory checks
- Oversee and manage contractors and service providers, including performance and costs
- Monitor and control budgets, quotations, and procurement activities
- Lead on site inspections, audits, compliance reporting, and incident response, including damage events and urgent repairs
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally multi-site
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH)
- Experience managing contractors and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Good financial awareness and budget management skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
