Location: Headingly, Leeds

Hours: Full Time

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance across all buildings and assets
  • Ensure full health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and statutory checks
  • Oversee and manage contractors and service providers, including performance and costs
  • Monitor and control budgets, quotations, and procurement activities
  • Lead on site inspections, audits, compliance reporting, and incident response, including damage events and urgent repairs

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally multi-site
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH)
  • Experience managing contractors and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Good financial awareness and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
