Responsibilities:

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
  • Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
  • Undertake all required training and work within a team while also working independently.
  • Build positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English.
  • Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
  • Flexible approach to the role.
  • Reliable, hardworking, professional attitude, open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
