What You'll Be Doing
- Developing the core skills and knowledge required to carry out grounds maintenance work on a large site
- Working alongside experienced professionals to gain practical, on‑the‑job experience
- Following Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and responsibly
- As part of your apprenticeship you will be enrolled onto a Level 2 Horticulture Grounds Maintenance qualification, normally run for two years, or site‑specific training. You’ll receive one‑to‑one support, e‑learning materials, and a dedicated apprenticeship team to help you succeed.

- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades 4‑9 or equivalent) or Scottish National 5 certificates (Grade A‑C). Certificates must be provided at the interview stage.
