We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team on Mitie client sites and maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and health & safety procedures, providing technical training as needed.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage material use and reorder stocks.
- Address issues professionally and refer to the line manager where appropriate.
- Assist the site team with cleaning beats during shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, hard work, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
