We are looking for an exceptional Account Director with a strong healthcare background to lead a high‑profile hospital account. This pivotal leadership role will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and build trusted partnerships that directly impact patient environments and outcomes.
The Role
- Act as the strategic lead and senior partner for our healthcare client, ensuring service delivery is safe, compliant, and exceptional.
You Will
- Own and deliver the long‑term strategic plan for a major healthcare account.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across hospital leadership teams.
- Drive service excellence and continuous improvement across facilities management services.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities within the healthcare account.
- Lead and inspire multi‑disciplinary operational teams.
- Take full ownership of P&L performance, balancing quality care and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, HSE standards, and SLAs.
- Use insight, data, and analytics to inform decision‑making and improve performance.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior Account Director or facilities management leadership role within healthcare (hospital/NHS or private sector).
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and patient‑critical environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, complex teams and multi‑service operations.
- Commercially astute with experience in P&L ownership and driving account growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence at executive and board level.
- Strong commitment to health & safety leadership, with knowledge of UK regulations (NEBOSH/IOSH desirable).
