Role Responsibilities
- Work with team members to handle incoming calls, emails and allocating work based on pre-agreed priorities.
- Ensure all reported jobs are processed in a timely manner.
- Monitor the completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance and Helpdesk tasks to ensure contract compliance.
- Log and process job quotes, maintaining full auditable trails for invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.
- Check and maintain the FM Helpdesk Inbox, schedule reactive and help-desk call-outs, and open and close jobs.
- Provide general administration support, daily chasing and liaison, and raise corrective maintenance tasks following completed PPM tasks.
