At Mitie, we seek a Head of Contract Support who will provide strategic performance insight, assurance and contractual support across a large, complex Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract. The role acts as a central point of expertise for data analytics, performance and KPI management, compliance and contract clarification, ensuring senior leaders are supported with clear, accurate and evidence‑based insight to enable effective decision‑making. Reporting directly to the Strategic Client Director, the postholder works closely alongside the team.
