Main Duties
- Protect customer’s property, people, and assets in accordance with Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and any changes.
- Deliver results that meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements, ensuring contract retention.
- Uphold compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and UK law.
- Complete all tasks and duties on site as defined in the Assignment Instructions.
- Proactively review Assignment Instructions and suggest improvements.
- Wear required front‑line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence at all times.
- Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
- Follow instructions and procedures without unnecessarily challenging authority.
- Work systematically and orderly.
Training
- Complete all required competency training.
- Undertake additional training as directed by the Security Account Manager.
- Use technology to achieve key work objectives and improve job knowledge.
Security and Health & Safety
- Identify and report any health & safety hazards immediately.
- Stay alert to threats or changes and take appropriate action.
- Maintain professional conduct in difficult situations and with challenging customers.
- Record incidents promptly in notebook entries for Incident Report.
- Maintain schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and the client.
- Ensure check calls are executed at allocated times.
- Call emergency services and Communications Centre to report all incidents.

- SIA licence.
- Security Clearance (SC) desirable.
