Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning operations at a high‑profile site, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene.
- Manage and supervise the cleaning team, including rota management, attendance and sickness records, recruitment and onboarding.
- Provide operational oversight: maintain planned and reactive cleaning tasks, keep facilities safe, clean and well‑kept.
- Work closely with site management and staff, handle customer needs, attend meetings, produce reports.
- Maintain compliance: update policies, adhere to health and safety, maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in cleaning services.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment; resilience and problem‑solving.
- Strong communication skills, flexible, reliable, proactive.
- Willingness to undergo basic DBS check and random drug and alcohol testing.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Physically fit and capable of active role duties.
