Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning operations at a high‑profile site, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene.
  • Manage and supervise the cleaning team, including rota management, attendance and sickness records, recruitment and onboarding.
  • Provide operational oversight: maintain planned and reactive cleaning tasks, keep facilities safe, clean and well‑kept.
  • Work closely with site management and staff, handle customer needs, attend meetings, produce reports.
  • Maintain compliance: update policies, adhere to health and safety, maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in cleaning services.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment; resilience and problem‑solving.
  • Strong communication skills, flexible, reliable, proactive.
  • Willingness to undergo basic DBS check and random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Physically fit and capable of active role duties.
