We’re looking for a reliable Handyperson to keep our facilities in top shape and ensure everything runs smoothly. In this role you will support by escorting sub‑contractors around the site whilst assisting engineers on site with basic handy work such as door replacements, wall damages and general maintenance.
What will you do?
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic electrical work)
- Escort sub‑contractors around the site
- Respond quickly to repair requests and troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine inspections to prevent problems before they happen
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and time‑management skills
- CSCS card (desirable)
- A valid driver’s license
Please Note - This position requires the successful passing of a DV Clearance to be successful due to the nature of the contract.
