Requirement: Full UK Driving License
Responsibilities:
- Carry out winter servicing and ad hoc repairs of petrol and battery‑powered commercial grounds maintenance machinery
- Service, maintain and repair gritting hoppers, and fit out vehicles with gritting wiring harnesses and ancillary equipment
- Notify the Senior mechanic about required consumables and parts, complete weekly timesheets
- Assist with general office building repairs and maintenance
- Undertake training as and when required
- Ensure good housekeeping and tidiness in the workplace, taking personal responsibility for workstation
- Manage time effectively
