Guest Services Host – Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Weekly Contractual Hours: 0 hrs (flexible within 08:30–20:00 shifts)
Location: Trinity Leeds, Albion Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5AT
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all enquiries at the reception and Guest Lounge area, using questioning and listening skills to identify guest needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Maintain the appearance and housekeeping standards of the Guest Services Lounge.
- Answer telephone queries clearly and professionally.
- Manage Trinity Leeds Gift Card sales.
- Oversee lost property management.
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks and offer help as requested.
- Report any suspicious activity to the Control Room and support Fire Emergency situations as instructed.
- Forward customer complaints to the Client following correct procedures.
- Support centre events, including summer and winter activations such as craft clubs, Sip sessions, Artisan Markets, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in retail or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
- Capacity to solve problems efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude, polite demeanor, and polished personal presentation.
- Ability to manage flexible working hours and handle challenging situations with resilience.
