We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and maintain outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Type: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Location: Regional Recruitment – Luton, Bedfordshire, England LU1 2LT
Requirement: Full driving licence
Responsibilities
- Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
- Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
- Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
- Report site hazards and relevant information to management
- Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
- Good understanding of smartphone technology
- Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
- PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
- Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
