We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.
Contract & Location
- Contract: Fixed
- Duration: 12 month
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Location: GSK – Montrose Site
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking.
- Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively.
- Work at height using MEWP/Scaffolding.
- Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation.
- Report site hazards and relevant information to management.
- Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required.
What We\’re Looking For
- Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments.
- Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
- PAI & PA6 spraying licence is a plus.
- Full UK driving licence, preferred for roles involving company vehicles (Manual License).
