- Ensure Bluewater is safe, secure, clean, and tidy at all times.
- Represent Bluewater professionally at all times.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction across all areas of service.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency of services.
- Assist in assessing the success of the development and help improve future strategies.
- Comply with health & safety regulations, fire regulations, and safe working practices.
- Comply with quality and environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide proactive service that delivers a positive guest experience.
- Add the ‘wow’ factor by delivering service that goes the extra mile.
- Help build Bluewater's reputation as energetic, fun, trusted, likeable, and reliable.
- Provide professional and timely guest service.
- Respond to guest issues professionally and effectively, aiming to give guests a ‘surprise and delight’ experience.
Qualifications
Knowledge
- Relevant job experience, preferably in an internal retail environment.
- Health & safety training and understanding of its principles.
Experience
- Follow processes and work independently for periods of time.
