We’re looking for an Air Hygiene Operative to support the delivery of ventilation, ductwork cleaning and air hygiene services, working alongside experienced engineers to ensure safe, compliant and high‑quality environments for our customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out kitchen extract and ventilation system cleaning in line with TR19 Grease and TR19 standards
- Install access doors to ventilation systems in accordance with DW144 and inspect fire dampers in line with BS9999
- Complete inspections of plant equipment, follow preventative maintenance programmes and maintain equipment and chemical stock levels
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including service sheets, risk assessments and RAMS compliance
- Work safely, professionally and in line with site rules, leaving all work areas clean and tidy
What Are We Looking For?
- Experience working within a hands‑on, physical role (such as a labourer or trades role)
- Basic knowledge of air hygiene and ventilation systems (desired but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work safely in line with health, safety and environmental policies

- A reliable, motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a professional approach on client sites
- Strong time‑management, organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly as required
- Individual comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
