Job Overview
Mitie is looking for Elite Security Officers who can deliver exceptional customer service while providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti‑social behaviour for colleagues and customers.
- Key Requirements
- You must hold a current SIA licence.
- A full 5‑year checkable employment/education history is required.
Main Duties
- Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
- Create a safe environment free from crime and fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
- Manage anti‑social behaviour and build relationships with offenders.
- Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
- Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner.
- Support Police and crime partnerships where required to aid in the reduction of crime in store.
