Role Purpose

The Mobile Support Host is a flexible, highly adaptable, service‑driven professional who provides front‑of‑house and workplace support across multiple sites. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a consistent and high‑quality workplace experience, and support high‑demand sites and planned absences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the confident, professional, and welcoming first point of contact across multiple sites.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, creating positive and memorable experiences.
  • Adapt quickly to different environments, teams, and client expectations.
  • Build rapport with colleagues and clients, even within short timeframes.
  • Ensure every arrival, interaction, and farewell is seamless and professional.
  • Support front‑of‑house tasks including visitor management, reception duties, and meeting‑room set‑ups.
  • Manage visitor systems and access processes.
  • Conduct floor walks to identify and report any issues.
  • Liaise with on‑site teams, contractors, and service providers.
  • Assist with mailroom, admin, and workplace coordination tasks as required.
  • Work safely and in line with Mitie QHSE policies, reporting incidents, risks or near misses promptly.
  • Maintain professional presentation and behaviour in every environment.
  • Deliver services in line with SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs across all sites.
  • Identify and address service gaps quickly and effectively.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a valid SIA licence and complete any required site‑specific clearances.
  • Travel regularly between sites, sometimes on short notice, across the North region and into Scotland; overnight stays may be required.
  • Confidence with public transport is essential.
