Responsibilities
- Contract Management – to meet applicable FM contract costs
- Projects Minor
- PPM Subcontract
- Work in conjunction with Project & F.M Manager
- As per roles, responsibilities with reference to the Hard & Soft Services of the centre
- Undertake any additional tasks issued as and when required by Line Management
- Liaise with team (as planned) Team Brief
- Advise on MRFs. Technical issues – as required
- Assist in managing other contracts as required
- Manage, oversee, projects (capital/minor) from inception to completion
- Manage Contractors
- Tender minor projects
- Manage PPMs Tbt,s Housekeeping pre audit checks
