Responsibilities

• Contract Management – to meet applicable FM contract costs
• Projects Minor
• PPM Subcontract
• Work in conjunction with Project & F.M Manager
• As per roles, responsibilities with reference to the Hard & Soft Services of the centre
• Undertake any additional tasks issued as and when required by Line Management
• Liaise with team (as planned) Team Brief
• Advise on MRFs. Technical issues – as required
• Assist in managing other contracts as required
• Manage, oversee, projects (capital/minor) from inception to completion
• Manage Contractors
• Tender minor projects
• Manage PPMs Tbt,s Housekeeping pre audit checks
