Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple Network Rail sites, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate service teams, manage meeting spaces and communal areas, and ensure compliance and health & safety documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for FM-related queries; liaise with stakeholders, conduct audits, and resolve service requests promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management within multi-occupancy or large-scale environments, including customer service and integrated FM service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification with knowledge of QHSE procedures and relevant legislation. (Desirable)
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CAFM systems, helpdesk workflows, and compliance documentation. (Desirable)
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites; proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
