In your new role as a External Cleaning Operative you will be responsible for ensuring all external general waste and recyclable waste is collected and disposed of into the FEL general waste skips or 1100 recycling bins. You will be responsible for ensuring all battery, vape and glass bins are emptied along with confidential waste collections from all buildings on site. You will ensure site is is kept clean and free from litter on the grounds and all areas are well maintained to agreed SLAs. You must adhere and be following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the external cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and must have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You\’ll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
