Job Overview
Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe shopping environment free from fear of crime for both customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Deliver industry-leading customer service
- Deter violence and public order offences
- Conduct regular patrols of the store
- Utilise CCTV systems to support crime reduction and stock loss prevention
- Liaise with store management and, where required, local police and crime partnerships
- Wear Body-Worn CCTV to enhance security and safety for colleagues and customers
Qualifications
- Preferably hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training for a licence may be provided in certain circumstances)
- Full 5-year checkable employment/education history is required for vetting; failure to provide may result in offer withdrawal or employment termination
