Mitie is seeking a Senior Supervisor to support the delivery of cleaning services within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.
You will lead the team, drive high standards, and ensure the site operates safely and efficiently.
You will recruit, train and develop staff, conduct site walks, run weekly audits, support budget management and performance targets, and oversee inductions and development plans.
A DBS check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
