Responsibilities
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain stock controls and front‑of‑house/bar ordering.
- Act as the face of the catering brand at the customer site.
- Perform cash collection and banking duties.
- Handle additional duties as required for effective operation of the site.
Qualifications
- Previous catering experience in a similar environment.
- Strong supervisory experience.
- Proficient in numeracy, literacy and communication to perform role duties.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Flexibility to work at several outlets on-site as required.
- Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but training will be provided.
