Salary: £13,024.58 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard in a healthcare environment in accordance with cleaning schedules and SLA agreements.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work on own initiative where appropriate; be reliable, hardworking, and maintain a professional attitude.
• Be able to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
• Possess or develop knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie (training may be provided).

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is preferred; however training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
