Salary: £9,117.19 per annum (Part‑time, Permanent Contract, 14 hours per week)
Main Duties
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to SLA agreements.
- Maintain the hospital’s high‑quality soft services, seeking opportunities to develop further.
- Build positive working relationships with all customers, providing excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work autonomously where appropriate, demonstrating reliability, professionalism and teamwork.
- Show competence with cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant cleaning experience preferred; training will be provided.
- Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
