Hours: Bank – Zero Hours – Must be available to work Saturday / Sunday 14:00 – 22:00 / 13:30 – 19:30
Location: Russells Hall Hospital, Pensnett Road, Dudley DY1 2HQ
Responsibilities
- Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer, ensuring high standard service delivery and meeting all SLA agreements while following cleaning schedules.
- Maintain the hospital’s reputation for high‑quality soft services, seeking opportunities to enhance this further.
- Build positive relationships with all customers, providing excellent service and continuously improving expectations.
- Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work independently when appropriate, be reliable and hardworking, maintain a professional attitude, and collaborate with the team towards continuous improvement.
- Possess full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie. Training available for suitable candidates.
