Key Responsibilities
- Provide a visible and vigilant security presence across various client sites
- Follow site‑specific Assignment Instructions (AI's) and ensure full compliance
- Maintain a high standard of personal and professional conduct
- Ensure the safety of the public and staff by proactively monitoring for risks and hazards
- Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively
- Accurately document incidents and ensure all reporting procedures are followed
- Make timely check calls and emergency contacts as required
- Attend and complete all required training and development programmes
What You'll Need
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision – CCTV PSS preferred)
- Previous security experience (retail security experience is an advantage)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure
- Flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
