We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, keep it tidy and professional.
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Manage access points and maintain fob access systems.
  • Open and close the building, maintain building security.
  • Respond to visitor and staff queries, issue visitor and staff passes.
  • Assist with emergency evacuations.
