Responsibilities
- Protect customer’s property, people, and assets following Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and any changes.
- Deliver results meeting or exceeding KPIs and Service Level Agreements to aid contract retention.
- Fully complete all tasks and duties on site as defined in AI’s.
- Review and suggest amendments to AI’s to improve service level.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry legislation (front‑line licence and CCTV PSS SIA Licence).
- Follow all instructions and procedures without unnecessarily challenging authority.
- Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations and with customers.
- Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop knowledge through ongoing professional development.
- Look out for and report health & safety hazards promptly.
- Use common sense and initiative to involve others if a situation becomes threatening.
- Complete accurate, detailed notebook entries after any incident for the incident report process.
- Ensure check calls are carried out at the allocated time slots as stipulated in the AI’s.
- Call emergency services and the Communication Centre to report incidents.
Training and Development
- Fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training.
- Attend additional training as directed to ensure continuous self‑development.
- Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
Qualifications
- Previous security experience.
- Valid SIA licence.
- SC clearance desirable.
