We're looking for a Janitor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Hourly Rate of Pay: £14.55
Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Baillie Gifford, 3 Haymarket Square, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland EH3 8RY
Requirement: Full UK Driving License
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.
