Better places, thriving communities. What are the objectives and responsibilities for this role? You will be responsible for planning jobs to ensure success within a timeframe set by the demand lead. This includes ensuring all access is cleared, the engineer with the right skill set is booked, spares are noted, and any risks to the timeline are flagged to the demand lead.
Other Responsibilities Include But Are Not Exclusive To:
- Escalating for support where access issues prevent success.
- Ensuring changes are completed to prevent failed engineer time.
- Working closely with the OM for engineer planning support and the demand lead to keep all RW raised within SLA.
- Completing all engineer work schedules.
- Ensuring effective utilization, efficiency, and productivity of field engineers using standard times and scheduling tools to complete all PPMs within the month.
What are the qualifications and experiences needed for this role? The ideal candidate should have an understanding of supply chain and basic planning processes, such as ordering, production, and delivery. Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM systems and experience in planning roles using business in-house systems and Microsoft packages are desirable.
