ROLE: Mobile Water Treatment Service Engineer
LOCATION: Coventry

We are looking for a Mobile Water Treatment Service Engineer who will deliver expert servicing, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment equipment for commercial and industrial clients.
Role Responsibilities
- Service and commission a wide range of water treatment equipment including ClOâ‚‚, Clâ‚‚, Genox dosing plants, water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and boiler/cooling tower dosing units.
- Travel to client sites to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and provide technical support, ensuring smooth system operation.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust water treatment systems to meet contractual requirements for volume, quality, and performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues in coordination with line managers and technical support teams.
- Perform preventative maintenance, manage consumables, and ensure the ongoing reliability of all equipment.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with plant operatives, field service engineers, and client stakeholders.
- Keep accurate daily records, including test results, maintenance logs, and activity reports.
- Respond quickly to equipment failures, leaks, and urgent water-related issues to minimise disruption.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant water supply, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
- Travel flexibly, with potential visits to sites across the UK and internationally.
- Support ad-hoc duties within the MES Engineering team as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience servicing or maintaining water treatment systems or similar technical equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical processes related to water treatment (e.g., dosing, RO, softeners, chemical systems).
- Ability to interpret system performance data, diagnose issues, and implement technical solutions.
