Multi Skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias in Coventry

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Plumbing Operative to support installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across various sites. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to deliver planned and remedial works on time, while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.

Role Responsibilities

• You will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware and drainage, and small installation works.
• Support wider building services activities across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and basic fabric tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.

Required Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience working in facilities management, commercial or building services environments.
• Strong plumbing fault‑finding and repair skills.
• Good understanding of water hygiene, health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑skilled team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• G3 Unvented hot water system qualification required.
