ROLE: Soft Services Operations Support

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

LOCATION: MOD Corsham

We're looking for a Soft Services Operations Support professional who will provide vital operational and administrative support to the Soft Services team at MOD Corsham, helping to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Soft Services Supervisor and wider management team.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation to support service delivery and compliance requirements.
• Assist with workforce coordination, scheduling and daily operational activities across Soft Services.
• Engage professionally with customers, stakeholders and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with wider operational and reception duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Previous experience in an administrative, operational support or customer service environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of accuracy.
