Responsibilities
- Carrying out inspections, repairs, maintenance, and adaptations to pipework and drainage systems
- Providing a first‑class service across varied commercial environments
- Diagnosing issues, answering queries, and reporting defects promptly
- Maintaining accurate job records, logs, and technical documentation
- Working independently with the support of an experienced wider team
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds (C&G) Plumbing Level 2 or NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year's hands‑on experience within the plumbing trade
- Currently working in the plumbing industry, ensuring up‑to‑date technical skills
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Physically capable of carrying out all duties
- Full UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience within the plumbing trade
- Background in Facilities Management (FM), ideally in a commercial or multi‑site environment
