Rate of Pay: £15.78 Per Hour

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Hours: 24 Hours Per Week

Shift Pattern: 9.30am - 2.30pm (some flexibility may be negotiated)

Location: BMW Mini Plant, Oxford Eastern Bypass, Cowley, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, OX4 6NL

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
  • Compiling reports
  • Stock ordering as required
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices and tracking of such
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes
  • Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
  • Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
