Compliance Manager | Location: Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley | Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm)

About The Role

Mitie is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley. This is a replacement role, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead compliance efforts on a challenging and high-profile contract.

You\’ll be responsible for ensuring adherence to CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and quality management systems. The role demands strong communication skills, financial awareness, and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with CDM, H&S (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent), and QMS standards.
  • Manage WIP, billing, and budget control.
  • Use Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide guidance and development to team members.
  • Constructively challenge processes and decisions to drive improvement.

What We are Looking For

  • Experience within a healthcare estates environment, including knowledge and application of Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs)
  • Proven experience in a compliance or facilities management role.
  • HNC or equivalent in building services or engineering
  • Mechanical or electrical background with relevant qualifications (or willingness to undertake training).
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding client environment.
