We are looking for a Compliance Assistant to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and adhere to administrative schedules.

Employment Details

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Type: Part Time
  • Hours: 25 hours per week (09:30 AM to 02:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
  • Pay: £13.55 per hour
  • Location: Pladis, Crossley Road, Stockport, Cheshire, England, M19 2SD (Travel between Pladis sites required)

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps across roles, including RA/CWI compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and update the training matrix, ensuring accuracy, visibility and real‑time compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate and monitor completion of mandatory training programmes (e.g., RA, CWI, Food Safety).
