Overview

At Mitie, we look for a Commercial Manager to support the commercial management of the MoJ North Hard Services Contract. The role ensures correct contract administration, governance, forecasting, risk identification, and aligns live activity with bid assumptions. The manager protects contract value, administers change, supports client relationships, and ensures accurate commercial information.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial activities across the contract(s), ensuring commercial governance, delegated authority requirements and internal controls are followed.
  • Provide commercial inputs, including risks, opportunities and change data, into finance-led forecasts and internal reporting cycles.
  • Prepare variation pricing, commercial justifications and supporting documentation for approval and agreement.
  • Work closely with operational and finance stakeholders to ensure commercial positions are understood and implemented.

Qualifications

  • FM experience in similar roles.
  • Understanding of NEC3 contract framework.
  • Understanding and experience of SFG20.
