Responsibilities
- As a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
- You will develop knowledge of the designated cleaning area and the scheduled cleaning times, and use all cleaning equipment and chemicals in advance of the schedule while following Health and Safety requirements.
- You will complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role, work effectively within a team, and work independently as needed.
- You will build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and continually seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- To succeed in this role you need the ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, and you should have a flexible approach.
- You must be open, honest, self‑driven and determined, reliable and hardworking, with a professional attitude.
